Park Run with Lewis

Lewis and Clare are in Town on their way south. Friday night they came to dinner. 

Saturday Lewis met Phoebe and me at Rocks Riverside Park Run. Phoebe took mags leaving me free to run. Lewis and I

Phoebe, Fletch and myself had a BBQ at Gold Mine Picnic area.

I dropped into woolies and picked up some premade hamburger patties.  Phoebe gathered salad items along with a cutting board and knife.

5am rise

6am 5k erg

7am supervised fathers and children having a fathers day row. 

8:30 met the Brisbane kids on the pontoon and we hopped into a quad.  A light row.  The boat was rigged very low.  The water was smooth and flat. The sun was warm.  It was so nice being together.

 It's round 25mm long. 

There's a hole through the middle that is 7.8mm diamter for 10mm depth and then reduces to 6.4mm for the rest. There's two slots at one end 4mm wide and 6mm long. There are two holes at 20mm from one end that I'll drill out to put in a grub screw
