These are all I think...

What can we do to grow our chuch.  To make it somewhere that people want to go, find value, support and so on.

Community
I think community is more than jut somewhere where everyone gets on well together.

Support
Some people will come needing support.  I suspect that we as a church are well placed to provide emotional support.  Friendship.  Someone to talk to.  Someone to lend a hand.  We are probably not so well placed to provide financial support.  The Govt seems to have very deep pockets and there is money available for all sorts of support and so I suspect that financial support is best left to the Govt.  We could work in conjunction with the neighbouhood centre.  Also on my part, I have an inherant distrust, a feeling of being used, when some person comes begging for trainfare to get home.

Worship

I think worship is the 'Core Business' of the church. 
Faith -> Worship  -> Good Works
Worship is the gathering point for our church.  We come together to worship.  But in recent times I have to be honest and say that I have not found it inspirational.  Actually I would use words like dull and even boring.  Frustrating at times.
