I sketched this and uploaded it to chatgpt and it returned me:

 Can you do a 3D design so that I can 3D print this?

 

 It's round 25mm long. 

There's a hole through the middle that is 7.8mm diamter for 10mm depth and then reduces to 6.4mm for the rest. There's two slots at one end 4mm wide and 6mm long. There are two holes at 20mm from one end that I'll drill out to put in a grub screw
