Park Run

 

Main Beach Gold Coast Park Run. More of a walk than a run as we are just getting back into it. Also trying to teach Mags how to not pull on the leash and to run on my left. By the end Mags was just a little tired.

We were Exhausted

Then up the spit to the off lead area so mags can have a run and a swim. I really like this place as it's the only place with off lead and flags so you can have kids and dogs, who naturally go together, swimming in a safish environment.
