This is us on a train travelling from Berlin to Munich on Thursday 1-Jul-2010
It is very comfortable. We are in zoo class. We have a table with
chairs facing each other. These trains leave every hour. eu250 for
the whole family. 6 hour trip. The children (Chris, Dan & Jemma) are
playing Lego. Megan is sleeping. I have my netbook plugged into the
power available between the seats. I am connected to the net via a
prepaid USB modem that I bought here in Germany eu30 for the modem
and eu12 for 1GB data over 7 days.
The landscape is amazingly flat. We have seen several wind-farms
and of course lots of farms.
