Warm up in 4’s but only 10 strokes at each position. Keep it quick
Rotating 6. Rate 16-18. Rotate every minute or about 18 strokes. Light catches firm finish. Feel the run at the finish. Gentle up the slide. Feel the boat under the balls of your feet as
you come up to the catch. It’s an eclectic crew and will take time and
patience to come together. 2 rotations.
Break – Drinks. jumpers off
4 Minutes rate 18 1 minute
light = 5 minutes x 6 sets = 35 min
6am Yarra Turn This can be during one of the pieces.
Move
to the bank on your right. Get bow side
to pull it round. Stop if we are going
to crash.
Drinks break
1 Minute rate 26. 1 minute light = 2 min x 10 sets = 20
minutes.
