1/4 pumpkin
2 x 300ml cooking cream
METHOD
Slice everything thin.
The pyrex dish was too long for microwave so laid each thing on plates and zapped. (potatoes spread over two plates) 5 minutes for potatoes. 2 or 4 for others.
Layer of potatoes
Then sweet pot
Onion
Poured in a bottle of cream.
Sprinkled mixed herbs
Spread a bit of crushed garlic.
Potato
Pumpin
More cream
Put in oven
Preheat oven 180C
4:00 start prep (late because shopping and delayed at work)
4:30 in oven
