As last night's Grammatrians party had stretched past my 8pm rowing bed time, I decided to sleep in a bit and so Phoebe, Magnus and and I left Glenrich St at 6:30.
Coaching at Centenary was relaxed and enjoyable. Had a quad with two competent girls gramma girls in bow and stroke and two very much green and younger kids in the middle.
Drove straight to Phoebe's place and had a very nice breakfast consisting of a fresh salad, poached eggs and a bean and onion and tomato mix.
Over to Cribby's to collect some leftover wraps some of which I will use for lunches this week.
Back home and first task was to put the wraps in the fridge to keep them cool. Then onto my bed for a snooze. Does not take long to refresh. Then up and emailed out the grammarians allocations.
Time for Mags to have a wash and she knew it. She stood on the landing half way down the back stairs. Each time she turned to go up, I would say 'No' in a suitably strong voice and she would turn back. But encouraging words to come did not work, so I had to drag her down.
She stood patiently still while being rinsed, washed and rinsed again.
As yesterday I had sprayed bindi killer on the lawn, I figured she should not be allowed to roll in the grass. This meant she was toweled down and confined to the back verandah. I did reward her with a spoonful of mince.
