12 June 2017 - Tech attended and removed blockages
He came back a few weeks later and replaced the leaky hose.

 You can see the discolourisation where the water was leaking out the hose.  At least the hose was easy to remove by just grabbing the spring clips.

How the F*&^ does something this big make it all the way through the mechanism to here.  There has got to be a design issue!  And apparently big things in the mechanism are not covered by the warranty - Who'd have guessed!






We ended up throwing away the stand and buying a new one from Ebay (I think)
