Lasagne

The big question with Lasagne is making the white sauce.

I started with 100g butter and enough milk to get to within 40mm of the top of the saucepan.  It was too thin. I made a paste with another 30g butter and flour and a small amount of milk.

NEXT TIME
200g butter and fill the saucepan with milk to close to the top. Maybe 1 to 2 cm from the top.
