Not a bad result 14seconds slower than last Sundays PB. Mildly disappointed but I think I started off too hard and too fast.
Did a nice 6 minute warm up starting slow and finishing off with some 10 to 20 second bursts.
Then a little stretching. Got the music organised and got going. I think I went out a little hard and fast compared to last week where there was a bit of a slower start and built into it.
Happy with overall fitness as I got a 34:51 pb at park run yesterday.
