A rainy night made for a relaxing sleep. 
Still drizzly when I woke at 3:50am.
Stopped by the time I was at West end. 
ROWING - A good row. 
A variety of skills in the boat. 
I was stroke,  Sarah coxed.
Warm up in 4's
Rotated 6's
Full 8 
Strikes at finish, 
Hands away, 
Bodies over
Half slide
Hands away then rock. 
Row as 8 
Rate steps to 28
Turn around.

An exercise where one pair rows and then gradually bring in pairs.
