Optus data usage error

 Optus email me that I have used 100% of my 245GB shared data.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1 Email Advice


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2 And it claims I have used all this data and slowed speed.

 

 

 


 3 BUT when I check the phone usage - Only 11GB

 


 4 then I check the mobile broadband and it says 46.3GB used but it also says 234.1GB used - So confusing
