BGS 10-4quad training

After Saturdays two 3rd placing (their best yet) and complaints of sore backs, we kept the session a bit lighter than I would have otherwise liked. Just after the warm up, 2's rigger came loose.  James in 3 turned round to help re attach it.  We too the opportunity to take a silly picture.
Warm up
Row as 4.  Light catches , strong finish and then swap round to strong catch light finish and then a short sprint.
Then we did a small over rate piece.
The final bit was 26 full pressure from GPS to the mangroves then we had to do a U turn and come back for a picture.
