Tell Bands with words to superimpose on their vision to put the words in the bottom quater of the screen. Not right in the middle.

Buy two more cheap LCD monitors for Quad 3 & 4.
Check location of emergency exit so it does not splash light on the screen.
Check emergency exit lights actually light up.

Need to build into the system, the capacity for bands to plug in their in ear fold back systems and to get them to list such a need on the tech requirements sheets.

Venue Managers
Megan and Frank have been asked to be "Venue Managers" for the Circus.
We have had a couple of meetings with the Easterfest officials and also the Red Frog's. We have also done some dreaming about stage and theming.
Crew
We are looking for...
Stage managers, Stage crew, lighting operators, sound operators, video operators, VJ.
We would like a cross at the venue (It is supposed to be Christian). Truss cross.
Red Frogs have asked us to investigate putting the DJ on top of the video screen and also note the raised bits at the side of the stage.
Steps and a small performance area at the front to allow Red Frogs easy access between the audience and the stage and to have somewhere to perform while a band is being set-up or pulled down.
LED Back light on truss across the back of the stage.
Front light not shown but on 4 pieces of vertical truss strapped to the 4 king poles of the tent.
What about a huge (1.5m) mirror ball and lasers pointed at it?
Video
All screens are rear projection.
We will have to put the projectors above head height so people can walk underneat. There is not much room back stage.
"Screen A" would have the usual live video. "Screen B" is a dream at this stage. We would like to find a "VJ" and put graphics on it. For the right person, it is great fun but a lot of work to keep selecting graphics that go with the performance.
