A friend has a stroke coach with a broken button cover.
The unit works and the button needs to be water proof for obvious reasons.
Unfortunately the screen is glued to the case and the only way inside the stroke coach is hot air to melt the glue and that has a high kill rate. So looking for alternative fixes.
Out with the white board and a team meeting. Current plan is to make a new button cover out of some kind of tough rubber. We will 3D print the mould and some stiffening pieces. Then tear out the old button covers and glue the new assembly in place.
