Understand the responsibilities a person has on a board.
What are the responsibilities of a board
How do both of these differ from the executive.
A key thing I want to do is modify my thinking, actions, behaviour, mindset.
Changing minds (Tuesday)
An interesting takeaway.
To try to judge if you are right on an issue where others are of the opposite view, see if you can change one other person's mind or position. If you can't, accept that you could be wrong. Move on.
