Several reasons for camping at Tallebudgera.
Brisbane is hosting the G20 meeting. Various world leaders are getting together for a chat. Some have a heavy footprint. The security types have subjected the organisers to PowerPoint presentations and convinced them that lots of road closures are required. The government have given Brisbane a day off (public holiday ). As with a lot of others we have taken the opportunity for a long weekend away.
Its summer and the forecast is for hot.
BGS rowing have decamped to Bond uni.
So taking all of that into account, we decided to camp at Tallebudgera. Just 15 min drive to Bond uni and a short walk to the beach.
