The Sin of Temptation

Todays church service was based in part on the bible reading on the temptation of Jesus


We were challenged with the question "What did Jesus do on the Cross"

It is difficult to put into words so I will use an anology.

Imagine Bob & Jenny and family leave a bottle of not ordinary chocolate sauce but Rich chocolate sauce at our house.

Well we all know how bad that can be so I do the honourable thing and take care of it for them.  Of course just a little ice cream is required to dilute it.  But at least they no longer have the burden of such temptation hanging over them.
