The man asks for steak & bacon.
The girl behind the counter reaches up and turns a hitherto unseen list of pies toward her. Crosses out steak & bacon and turns the list back to face the man.
He scans the list and makes a second choice. The girl reaches up, turns the sign and again crosses out the selected pie. Turns the list back to face the man.
The man makes a third choice. The girl repeats her action then walks out the back & returns with a paper bag that we assume contains a pie. Hands it to the man and says "$3.50"
