Lasagne

Making Lasagne. Recognise string theory and Lasagne is just 2 D Spaghetti. 

 

INGREDIENTS
1kg Mince
1 Onion
   Mushrooms
Mixed Herbs
Oregano
Garlic minced
Chili flakes
2 Tins of smashed tomatoes
1 Bottle Tomato Paste
   Worcestershire sauce
   Soy sauce
1 Bottle Red Wine
Shredded cheese

WHITE SAUCE
Big Saucepan
Butter
Flour
Milk

PROCEDURE
Dice onion.  Put in Pan.  Keep stiring while it szzles
Put in mince
Put in Mixed herbs Oregano, Chili flakes, Minced Garlic.
Stir till browned
Pour in the two tins of smashed tomatoes
Spoon in the bottle of tomato paste
Splash of Soy Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce.
Slice up the mushrooms.  Add.
Stir
Pour in red wine
Stir.  Put on Lid.  Turn down heat so it simmers.

WHITE SAUCE

Melt butter
Add flour
Add Milk
Stir continuously
