BGS Music Showcase

 All day today (starting at 6:30am) Marcus attended rehersals for the BGS music showcase.  His rehersals were at that fine GPS school known as Terrace.  Students from all 9 GPS schools get together and practice for tonights performance.  The performance consisted of three acts.  A choir to start with followed by a band of some sort followed by the concert band that Marcus was in.

Marcus is front middle of the photo with a Basson.  Not a wild animal from Africa.  Sort of like a didgeridoo with a mouth piece.

Natty from State High was there too.  We also saw Michael Coyne & Alistair Wuth

There were a couple of notable negatives.

This fellow, not easy to see in this photo was a camera operator who kept making a point of falling asleep.  I found it very distracting.  Megan gave him 'what for' at the end.

And the BGS boys seem to have decided that it is no longer necessary to do up their top buttons.  Cane the lot of 'em Brian.
