Fathers Day and a walk up Mt Cordeaux

Had a great Fathers day.
Started with getting presents, bacon, egg & pancake breakfast, a drive then walk up Mt Cordeaux, a drive & walk at Spicers Gap, coffee at Aratula, roast dinner & finally children practising music while I lay on the couch.  :)

Fathers day started by playing Hot - Cold with Dan and this eventually led to some presents.  That of course had to be unwrapped.
The loot -
A thing that hangs on the arm of the couch to hold things,
A huge dark chocolate Toblerone.

Megan prepared a beautiful breakfast of bacon, eggs & pancakes.
Marcus put some hours into his log book by driving us to Cunningham's gap.

We walked through the rain forest toward the peak of Mt Cordeaux.

Along the way we found some really spectacular lookouts.

At the top of Mt Cordeaux.  There were already people there.  As we made it such a crowd....

They left...
and we had lunch.  Which included sandwiches  that we had made before we left, apples and the biggest Toblorone you have ever seen.
Megan called her dad to wish him a happy Fathers Day too.
